From 2005, opportunities have been given to pupils to learn about the life of Ugandan children through holding concerts or pianothons, seeing films of Mrs Mitchell’s visits, handling African musical instruments, tasting their sweets etc.

It all adds to the awareness that not all children are as fortunate as we are, and most pupils enjoy the opportunity to do something to help.

The two choirs on site were kitted out with their first ever uniforms thanks to our pupils efforts. It has greatly enhanced their self esteem and they continue to perform throughout their local area. Thank you all!
